Eligibility

You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies or gift cards.

Swimwear, which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering of hygienic problems, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, pins, stockings,leggings,etc.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

However, be sure to update tracking number & logistics carrier in Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.

We will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staffing.
